Dystopian Dub Discotheque is the continuation of Dystopian Dub Developments by other means.
The former is now and is a label for dubnihilism, fringe-dub and other experimental employment of Dub-techniques and/or post-modern references to -, heck: even well done derivatives of Dub, and Roots rockers.
The latter was then and was a Viennese ensemble of Dub improvisors who emerged from the monthly Dondrine Dub Developments sessions. As there are hours worth of recorded material from these sessions one of Dystopian Dub Discotheques agendas will be to publish selections from these archives, while the general agenda of spreading dubnihilism to appreciative audiences shall by pursued by cultivating a new, international roster of artists.
Starting life with catalogue #3 (for reasons), the third installment of the Nonjah Tunes compilation series on Nietzschemas 2014 (15. October) Dystopian Dub Discotheque is now symbolically in possesion of all your base/bass… We grow as we do, we do as we grow - so please excuse the constant work in progress - not just everywhere, but also and especially on this wiki.
DDD001 - Dystopian Dub Developments: Live Cuts (01. November 2014)
DDD002 - The Difference Engine: Elektrokrishna Tape Dub Sessions (08. December 2014)
DDD003 - Various: Nonjah Tunes 3 (Nietzschemas 2014)
DDD004 - autonomaton: a little adventure in unconventional dub (20. March 2016)
